This still hasn't been fixed in the latest update. Should have had 16 items backed up and got 1 and not even the latest one but a random one.

What version are you using? It should be fixed on the latest version. We recommend that you try reinstalling the app to regain access to it.

I just stumbled across this post I appear to be having exactly the same issue as the rest of you with items not being uploaded, im using
1. issue
same as other users in this thread not all photos not backing up
2. Environment
Phone Huawei Mate 20 X running Harmony OS3 (based on android 13 I believe?)
tnas mobile 3.1.6 (in the app it says its the latest if I check for updates though I don't know if the link above in the forum from February is newer?)
NAS = F6-423 setup 21/14/2023 TOS 5.1
Terra Photos 1.2.73 installed 21/14/2023
using google chrome to access terra photos and the web gui from a windows 11 laptop Version 112.0.5615.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)
3. Steps to Reproduce a Bug
open tnas mobile app
select folder i wish to backup (camera folder roughly 17,000 items)
wait for backup to finish
log into terra photos and browse to a certain date compare photos with phone gallery
4. Expected Result
photos on phone match what is shown in Terra photos
5. Actual Result
an important personal event in the gallery (that i never want to loose) part of the reason i bought the NAS.
my phone has 60+ photos
TM NAS has 4
