check if your printer is detected and loaded by TOS.
Then the USB port will appear in OctoPrint

Same issue on my F2-422. No USB port on my port list in OctoPrint. I have installed the additional kernel module, but no joy. DMESG attached.
F2-422 running TOS 5.1
Plex/Sonarr/Radarr/Lidarr/SabNZBD
