Thanks Chris for reply but already tried that and got virtual no where
I have spent days on it and speaking to multi people with PureVpn and still not working.

On that basis you should be able to claim a refund and go elsewhere for your VPN.

Yes I have asked for a refund . any Recommendation's which is easy and work with plex on remote access

I have contacted lots of Vpn Companies and Nobody say they support Terramaster Nas . They are not willing to help.
some far I have tried PureVpn Private Internet Access NordVpn . This is turning out to be a nightmare .

IPSec
PPTP
With all possible authentication ...
Never work ....
If Terramaster team have solution ...

I have already send message to Terramaster Support
All VPN Client i have try doesn't work on TNAS Update of TOS is ok (5.0.176-00227= I have F4-423 If I try to connect a VPN client in PPTP or IPSec / L2TP in any possible authentication but I always have denied connection I dont have firewall and my user is admin This VPN work perfeclty on my computers and on smartphone but not in NAS (Bullet VPN)
Have you got solution ?
Have you a prefered VPN operator ?

To connect to Bullet VPN, you may need a client running on your TNAS, but Bullet VPN does not offer such a client as i can see. you need to check with Bullet VPN team.

you can activate your TNAS as a VPN server, and all other devices connect to your TNAS.
