I have the same figure - above 5 hours with disabled media indexing.
Something was broken in new firmware.

As we are not magicians, we can't help only depending on messages like "no volume, no storage pool, same test, same issues, same results".
Please provide more information as
the article mentioned.

TNAS F2-220
TOS 5.0.135-00173
HDD 2x WDC WD10EARX-00N0YB0 in RAID 1 configuration
After update from previuos version, all files disappeared from File Manager.
In Control Panel, there are no Volumes and no Storage Pools. The HDDs are recognized well.
App Center->Installed: empty list (I had installed Plex, Cloud Sync, VPN Server and USB Copy)
I have tried to do a factory reset, but nothing changed.
I removed one disk and restarted the system, then all the files reappeared, with the notification of an issue with the RAID (obviously).
I have reinserted the disk and, again, every file disappeared.
So, I have tried to attach one HDD to my Windows 11 pc with a SATA-to-USB converter, mounted it on WSL2 and all my files are still there!
I don't know why TOS does not recognize anymore the correct volume.
The update was made by control panel, "automatic" way.

Please power off your tnas, insert your two drives, and power on your tnas again. Then download the sys log and email it to our tech team, thank you!

if you are not able to see your volumes and storage pools from the control panel after tnas restart, it may be because the system is slow to respond, please try to refresh the web browser.

No, i cannot see it even after hours. The resource monitor says that the system is "fresh", cpu around 3% and memory around 17%.

The logs in Control Panel -> System logs are empty.

Did you refresh your web browser? web browser, not TOS.

Sure, I have also tried with another browser and another pc. The issue is not related to browser, cache, or something like that.
I have just sent a mail to support with the big report
