This model of TNAS cannot perform GPU transcoding on the current version of TOS 5, only CPU transcoding.
Need to wait for us to update the system kernel in TOS 5 later.

Are all 423 series devices not currently compatible?

Isnt it because (at least with 423) TOS5 still doesn't allow gpu transcode? as said:

Im not able to use HW QSV transcode with my 423 either...

This feature will be in the coming TOS 5.1. please wait.

There seems to be a bug using Intel QSV with kernel 5.15.
Coincidentally is the kernel being provided with latest TOS 5.1.17. Would you please consider updating Kernel? thanks
