Well i decided to take it easily and reinstall it again with factory settings following this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=76&t=423

but it says that " Tick "Restore to factory default", and then click "Apply"; your system will be erased, but the data on the hard drives will not be deleted;"

But when i'm in the initialisation menu after the reboot i have to choose between 'Automatic" and "Personalized" but in both cases it says "Your data will be lost, are you sure you want to continue ?"

I dont want to loose my data, how can i install my TOS again with out loosing everything ?

Thanks again for your answer

Reinstalling the system normally will not delete the data on your hard drives, bUT to prevent accidents, it is recommended to backup your data before reinstalling.
If you receive a prompt to format the raid after installing the TOS > restarting > setting the administrator account, please do not continue and contact our tech team.

Thanks you looks it works, it didn't reset my HDD.
But now i can't connect to to my windows computeur using "file://MY_NAS_IP", SMB is on and i'm using the same account as the one i'm connect with on the WEB ui.
But when it prompt me to enter my login/pwd to access the shared folder, it just says wrong password.
Do you have any ideas why ?
