Is your tnas present an IP address like 169.x.x.x?
Connect your tnas directly to your pc, make sure your pc address does not starts with IP 169.x.x.x, change tnas IP address on TNAS PC app and input default password: admin.

Hi Fattima, the exact same thing happened to me. Our power went off for about 4 hours and ever since my F4-210 cannot be seen by my Windows 10 media computer. The TNAS computer app connects, and the Android mobile app also connect--so it is connected to the network that way, and I can see and access the files inside the drive. But windows does not see the drive, so therefore PLEX does not see the drive. I've tried everything usual... green lights on the front, blinking green light at the back LAN connection, when I log into the TNAS PC app it says everthing is working fine, firewall turned off, network set to 'private', tried manually setting various IP addresses, nothing works. Even tried on a second computer on the network. Nada...

Problem Solved!
As I mentioned earlier every time I added the IP it said it already existed and would not let me apply the settings.
In frustration I powered the NAS off at the powerpoint. When I booted it backup the IP address had applied.
I think there is an error in the software by the look of it but happy to have it fixed!
Thanks all.
