I sent information of teamviewer 3 times, nothing happend, and you dont reply my email, i dont understand you
I know the time diferent , i write you at your local time 3PM/15hs
So , how is the way to get your support??

Yes i sent you my information to connect the days, , 2 nov , you never reply and not connect, again 3nov ,you never reply and not connect and finally 5 nov , you never reply and not connect
How have to email all the days?
Please fix me a day and you connect it
I live in +2 time zone, and i can sent teamviewer information about 15hs/3PM any day

The only option at online customer service on the official website is sent email,that emails nobody see or reply (i already sent it)

You have many ways to reach the tech team, and i believe that our tech team replied to your email, but i have no idea why this post still remains the same topic for almost a week.
you can send email, there are so many emails received every day. you can chat online, you can send PM to the support in this forum. Try the one you never tried. Or you can change to another common email address like gmail, hotmail or outlook.
