Tried Backing up settings and then restoring from .bin. Terramaster is now stuck trying to load TOS. This thing has been way more trouble than it is worth... nothing but constant issues.

Are there any hints when trying to load TOS?
Have you plugged in an external storage device?

I do have an external storage device plugged into the TerraMaster (for backup purposes only) but it is not powered on. I only turn it on to run a USB backup weekly. I have sent an email to support. Hoping something can be done to fix the constant issues I am having with Plex/ TOS.

You can try to unplug the external storage device and then turn on the TNAS

I have now been able to get in to TOS... Opened Plex and received a message stating there was an error in the application and to uninstall and re-install (again.) Did this and re-opened Plex... and back to configuring...
This is honestly ridiculous.
