I can't follow the browser instructions because it errors at that step.

When I follow the instructions and hit login I get a popup telling me to put the Ip address and port access in to the browser, when I put the ip in my browser it just produces a 400 error

I can follow the instructions but I get an error when I hit login and when I put the IP into the browser it gives me a 400 error

Thank you for the feedback. I'd like to take a look at the 400 error after manually enter the IP address in your web browser.

Thanks for the feedback.
Please reinstall the TOS to fix it:
1. power off your device and pull out all the hard drives
2. power it on and run TNAS PC to search your device
3. check your device and click Login
4. insert all your hard drives back when it says no HDD detected and click retry
5. follow the instructions to complete

It seems some files in system partition are lost or damaged. Please try to reinstall TOS to fix it.
