Did not resolve the problem with TOS users plex losing config and then getting stuck configuring.

I am also experiencing this just after updating to version 4.2.15 of TNAS OS and 1.23.6.4881 of Plex server, this needs to be resolved ASAP! Happy to allow remote connection to my NAS if investigation is required, I have changed nothing in my libraries and have taken a copy just in case, I want to restore mine completely if possible.

Hi,
for your issue, please contact our technical team by email, and we will arrange a remote support for you. By the way, which version did your TOS and Plex server upgrade from?

Hi,

I'm not aware of the exact version but it was definitely up to date previously so whichever was the latest previous version of each.

I've sent an email with logs etc to the support email, I've tried numerous things to try and resolve but it creates a new server ever time, see screenshot.

Hope this helps.
