Have no idea why your device happened like this.
You can try to initialize the device again by following the steps:
1. power off the device
2. pull out all HDD
3. power on device without HDD installed
4. insert HDD when the LAN LED on
5. search for the device with TNAS PC desktop application
6. follow the prompt to finish the initialization
