I did install the software again but to no avail

I read somewhere that encrypted drives could be an issue
I'm not sure if the install makes the default folders encrypted or not

Solution to not being able to transfer some files
Using the Terra Master app supplied
Note:- This doesn't work unless you have given the Terra Master App access to the internet if you have a firewall installed
I reinstalled the Terra Master app so it configured the drives
I opened up the web page using the Terra Master app
I ensured all app software was uninstalled as deleting it doesn't remove them
I created a new user and gave the admin new user full read write access with the guest as read only
I created a non encrypted folder
Inside that I created sub folders for music, photos and video's
Using the Terra Master app I created a mapped drive
I was then able to install Videos, Photos and Mp3 files with out a problem the "you don't have permission error" didn't occur this time

re the videos stop playing at differing locations

I used TS doctor to check the files validity
a couple had errors and have been re done

I decided that because some files still kept stopping, I would re do all the files
However some still stopped

I had rendered these using m2ts format

I decided to change the format to ts
This is now working much better to date
