Hello,
After bookmarking, this will be the reason for the browser settings. Please try to clear the browser cache and check the browser settings. Maybe the browser determines that the certificate is insecure and refuses access.
We have tried to use different computers to access the bookmarks https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5443 of different TNAS and TOS systems, and the results are all successful.

Hi Ryan,

Sure, I'll try clearing the cache and deleting all site data for the address.

Just to re-iterate, this hasn't got anything to do with a bookmark. I'm pretty certain that web browsers don't look up bookmark links and then progress to those URLs on their own.
This issue never occurs with my interaction, it's only when I leave the tab alone for a while and then come back to it.
