Clearly the "Token expired" message shouldn't be appearing when a user attempts to log in again having been automatically logged out. The program logic is wonky and needs to be revisited by the devs.

But there's a more general point here. This issue was raised in December of last year and, as with the case of the TerraMaster Web services still relying in places on Flash, remains unaddressed.

TerraMaster is in direct competition with a couple of Taiwanese NAS manufacturers who are now old hands at the game. TerraMaster's hardware appears, dollar for dollar, to have the edge on them. But the company has quite a bit of catching up to do on the software front. I'm sensing that TerrraMaster has the ambition to succeed here. But if so, issues like this can't be comfortably housed long-term on a ToDo list. They need to get done.

The users in this forum are being valuably helpful in pointing out these problems and there seems to be a general feeling of goodwill towards TerraMaster, which I personally share. And, yes, we can certainly go on fudging and kluging around the awkwardnesses and documenting here for newbies how to do so. But that gets old.

Devs, where are you?
