It is. I can see every network device in my network. I tried a different laptop too, and an android phone. The NAS won't appear either in the router's table of devices connected to it.

Update, the NAS no longer powers on. When I plug the cord it doesn't turn on as it used to. The LED turns on for a milisec and then turns off. Pressing the power button does nothing. I am going to contact Amazon and request a new device because this one is clearly damaged.

You can take a small video to show the not booting issue, and send us your order number by email, we will arrange a replacement for you after checking. By the way, are you using the original power supply?
