EDIT: I can access to the login page via the full URL (/tos/index.php?user/login)



I set admin password and then when i try to login nothing happen, maybe it's come from the web server or js code himself.

It's suggested to let our engineer help you by remote session first. You can ask this service by sending email to support(at)terra-master.com.

From the screenshot you shared, TOS has not been updated to 4.2.06 successfully, it is still on 4.1.x, there is something wrong during update.
Please try to re-install the TOS with the latest installation package.

It doesn't work, I'm getting stuck on the loading screen and by specifying the url i can't login.

Do you have a procedure for mounting the raid from the ssh access available during installation (linux from boot)? This allows me to recover my data and erase my drives for starting from 0. I can't stay in such situation.

EDIT :I took out my two iron wolf hard drives, then put in an old hard drive. I can connect to the NAS. I then add my two iron wolf hard drives. If I create a new raid pool 1 on it, will the data be deleted?

EDIT 2 : I have successfuly rebuilding the old raid with a the ssh connection. Now i can access to half of my old file.
The second half is encrypted. I encrypt the share directory in the gui. Wich method are you using with ecryptfs (the command) for decipher it with the passphrase?
