Re: [Help] Data / system not accessible after power loss

Hello,
A quick update / incident closure:
TerraMaster's "engineers" accessed the system remotely twice, only to inform me that my data was lost and that specialized companies might possibly be able to recover some of it. (Bad news!)
So, I decided to investigate the issue myself: it turned out the reshaping process was stuck at 1.8%, with a bug causing the process to hang upon every reboot (a deadlock).
I was eventually able to recover all my data, but I am genuinely disappointed by the level of expertise provided by official support.
I certainly wouldn't recommend this brand for a professional environment, although I understand that, for budget reasons, it might suffice for home use.
Thanks to everyone for your help; finally, I would recommend leaving the SSH service enabled (something I hadn't done for security reasons, which cost me time since the T9-450 has no video output!) to make maintenance easier.
Best regards
