Hi!
I have a F4-424 Pro 32 Gb model. Only HDD. BIOS: MADN0101.V07.
When TOS 7 was tested, the system automatically installed TOS 6 for me, and then I updated it to the beta version of TOS 7. Since the system has been released, I would like to install TOS 7 from scratch.
If I update my BIOS to version MADN0101.V08, will I be able to install TOS 7 directly, bypassing the installation of TOS 6?

Wouldn't that be nice - this year, next year, sometime ...... you know how it goes.

We will release the necessary documents as soon as possible; if you are not in a rush, please wait patiently.
Or you can follow our instruction to have TOS7

No — nothing worked.
We spent the whole day with support trying to restore TOS6 and upgrade to TOS7. We figured out the USB drive issue; it’s not important right now. I reinstalled TOS and tried installing it on different SSDs, but nothing helped.
All for nothing.
Even after updating and unpacking TOS7, the system still boots into TOS6.
There are no errors or freezes during the update. I don’t understand why the upgrade has to be so painful.

I was not on the impacted BIOS version, yet after installing TOS7 I am still being prompted to initialize

I am on 7.0.0746 already and my BIOS is MADN0101.V05
Should i update BIOS to MADN0101.V08?
Is there a list of changes for MADN0101.V05 to MADN0101.V08?
I'd also like to see a package for a clean installation of TOS7.

Your BIOS version is not among the versions mentioned in the post, so you can update normally.
Don't need any extra setting.

I have an F2-424 currently running Bios MADN0101.V05.
While I realise (now*) that this version does NOT require a Bios update to function "normally" I am seeking clarification
as to whether there is anything detrimental in applying the "latest" bios update (MADN0101.V08).
Like many I usually subscribe to the school of "If it ain't broke don't fix it". However, I know there are many who prefer the "latest of it's kind".
Some clarification of what might be different in the later Bios version would be greatly appreciated.
*I will admit to confusion between the bios numbers of the -424 and -425 on reading the relevant posts and fixating on the V##
