I am on 7.0.0791 and App Center is still listing Emby version 4.9.0.72
Also important to note that Emby V4.10.0.14 is an older beta version of Emby, but not the current beta version, which is 4.10.0.20. The current stable release is v4.9.5.0.

I am running TOS 7.0.0791 and not seeing a Emby V4.10.0.14

Updated to 7.0.0804. Still only offered a download of Emby "emby_TOS_APP_4.9.0.72_x86_64.tpk"
By the way v4.10.0.14 is an older beta version of Emby and not the current stable release.

App updates do not necessarily follow TOS updates. Please wait a little longer for the new emby app version.

Please note that the Emby update package is maintained by Emby's official team. TerraMaster neither guarantees that the package available in our App Center is the most up-to-date version, nor assumes responsibility for the maintenance of third-party applications. Emby provides a version of Emby Media Server tailored for TerraMaster TOS on their official website. Should this not be available, we recommend contacting Emby directly for further assistance.

Generally, the official Emby packages are usable. However, since recent Emby packages may have some permission issues when used on TOS7, we will temporarily make some modifications while updating the stable version of Emby in the App Center from time to time to make it more compatible with the current TOS7.

я тоже жду обновление emby. еще с прошлого года. неужели это все так долго происходит?... это же базовая возможность медиасервера... своего от террамастера медиасервера нет у них. так когда уже настанет это "СКОРО"
