[Resolved] Online Office apps launch blank pages

Online Office version 8.3.328 installs OK, but when launching any of the sub-apps (document, spreadsheet, etc.) I end up with an absolutely blank page. No error message, just a blank page. This is true regardless of the platform hosting the browser, PC, tablet, etc.

I am using an F2-423 with TOS 7.0.1422. It has 20GB of RAM installed.

A prior version of Online Office (installed via app center) was working OK with the problem starting after running the system suggested update to the current version.

I have tried multiple uninstall/install sequences with no change, trying installation on both Vol1 and Vol2. The initial update install that exhibited the problem was under TOS 7.0.1298
