[Help] Export then Import

Export VM to a folder, then copy the folder to another NAS, in this case both are F4-424 Pro.
Import the OVA file, error "failed to retrieve data", log doesn't show anything, other than entries for creating the storage and network.
Where is the actual location of the log anyway?

I tried loading an ISO and that process worked.
Are there any restrictions on exporting/importing OVA files?

Check whether the OVA export is compatible with the destination TOS/VirtualBox version and verify the file is fully copied and intact, as an incomplete or unsupported OVF/OVA archive can cause the generic “failed to retrieve data” error.
