TOS Developer Platform Beta Now Open — Join Us and Help Shape the Future

Background
After six months of careful development, TerraMaster‘s Developer Platform for the brand-new NAS operating system TOS 7 is now open for beta testing. Before the official release, we sincerely invite developers to join our closed beta program — to test the platform, review the documentation, and help us identify areas for improvement. Every piece of feedback you provide will directly help us refine both the platform and its documentation.

Core Beta Goals
This beta program focuses on two main areas:
1.Platform Testing: Identify bugs, workflow friction, or design issues in the Developer Platform;
2.Documentation Review: Read through the TOS 7 Application Development Guide and point out errors, omissions, unclear descriptions, or missing examples.

Program Incentives
To thank participants for their time and effort, we will evaluate all feedback reports and reward the top 10 developers based on overall quality:
1.Outstanding Feedback: 300 USD
2.Qualified Feedback: 200 USD
Payment Details:
(1)Overseas developers: paid via PayPal
(2)Mainland China developers: paid via WeChat Pay or Alipay
(3)Payment will be completed within 15 working days after all reports are verified
Evaluation will consider coverage, clarity, feasibility of suggestions, and test scenario completeness. The detailed scoring rules are not disclosed.

Basic Requirements
1.Register an account on the Developer Platform (https://developer.terra-master.com/) with real personal information;
2. App submission is NOT required to participate and qualify for rewards. If you do submit an app, please ensure:
(1)The code repository is set to public;
(2)App ID and version number strictly follow the TOS 7 Application Development Guide;
(3)The app does not infringe copyright or contain malicious code;
3. You may submit feedback in multiple batches before the deadline; all submissions will be combined for review.

Report Submission Deadline: September 6, 2026 24:00
Please note: participants who do not submit any feedback by the deadline will not be eligible for rewards. We encourage early submission — you can always send additional findings before the deadline.
Confidentiality Agreement
The platform is currently in its beta phase. Please refrain from sharing any beta-related content (including screenshots, experience reports, comments, etc.) on non-TerraMaster official channels until the platform is officially launched. Once launched, we welcome your public sharing.
