Hi, I went back trying the new update .110 on TOS6 after past issues viewtopic.php?t=8050 :
1) PREVIEW BLACK: like mentioned in viewtopic.php?t=9961 all the PREVIEW are black
2) SURVEILLANCE PLAYER not working like viewtopic.php?t=9940
2) RECORDED playback are choppy also from PC and VLC with discrete card, for few sec speed is ok then too fast for few frames and back to normal
NAS: F4-424 PRO
It's not urgent in the meantime I continue to investigate more.

Hi, I did a list of checks, without finding nothing special but one point: if I echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
I have this answer: /Volume1/@apps/MultimediaServer/lib:/Volume1/@apps/VPN_Server/lib
no mention about the Survelillance LIB which is in Volume1/@apps/Surveillance/lib
Because if I launch :/Volume1/@apps/Surveillance/bin# ./onvif_nmap
./onvif_nmap: error while loading shared libraries: liblinear.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
is it correct?
Do we have any DEBUG level logs to enable on the app?

You may also consider updating to TOS 7 Beta or waiting for the official release of TOS 7 to use the updated Surveillance Manager app.

Another point, I tried FIREFOX in LINUX instead to use EDGE CHROME in Windows and the PREVIEW is working instead of black images I'm seeing the camera live, seems something blocked by the browser. At least point 1) BLACK PREVIEW depends on the browser
