Plex account not visible in users list [Accepted]

Good day!
I've purchased a F8 SDD Plus NAS and wanted to use it as a Plex server along the storage (most of the date that will be stored there is media anyway). I've installed the Plex Media Server from the app store and all's fine till I started adding media. The server is not seeing the files, and I can't set permissions for the Plex account for the folder where the media is, because I don't see the plex user account. Here's a screen for illustration:

As you can see the plex user is not visible, but is existing, and I can't set the permissions for the plex user to the Media folder, cause I can't see it:

Nor I see a media users group:

So HOW am I supposed to fix those permissions, so I don't have to

chmod -R o+rwx /Volume1/Media

eveeery time I add files, cause new files won't be visible to Plex w/o doing that?

And please, don't send me links to other topics, that explain how easy it is to set-up plex, and how you just add the permissions for the plex user to the folder, cause I DON'T SEE THE PLEX USER TO SET IT'S PERMISSIONS. So please, before sending me to some other topic, check if the plex user is visible for them, cause it's not for me and that link won't work for me.

Hi, we didn't had prevous conversations, I've searched the whole forum, and every time someone describes my problem, there is a link with post, where the problem doesn't exist. People say, that they don't see the plex user, and get link to a post, that shows them screen shots how to set the permissions for the plex user, through the GUI, where the plex user is visible.

Please go to 'Control Panel' - 'Shared Folders', edit the shared folder you want the Plex app/Plex user to access, select 'Permissions' - 'Application User', and check the 'Read/Write' box for 'plex'.
