I see Rsync in the backup options but when I try to set it up, it appears to only sync outbound.
I would like to pull data inbound from another NAS.
Is this not possible on Terramaster?
I am at the latest OS.

Regarding the issue you reported about the Rsync application, this program currently only supports the outbound synchronization function. We recommend that you search for and install the Centralized Backup application in the 【App Center】 of the TOS system. This application can effectively support cross-device data pulling and backup operations. I can only seem to get it to send , not receive.

I have tried to use the Centralized Backup. It allows a RSYNC pull but will not mirror the directory.
Instead of /VOL1/MUSIC to VOL1/MUSIC
It does /VOL1/MUSIC to VOL1/MUSIC/MUSIC.

As we replied to you in the support email, we have not yet observed this anomaly.
A temporary guess is that it may be related to permission settings. You can try editing the file permissions of another NAS or attempt to create a new shared folder for testing.
