No problem with the update only the ssh key changed, so i couldn't connect to the nas with ssh anymore. I had to remove the entry from .ssh/known_hosts

Upon receiving your feedback, our lab promptly conducted a retest to replicate the issue. Analysis indicates that this phenomenon is likely due to certain disks not being recognized in time during the system update and restart process.

Therefore, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Check whether the disk tray is securely fastened with screws and ensure the disk is fully locked in place. You can try reseating the disk and then restarting the device.
2. It is advised to enable Debug Mode in the "Support & Help" section of the system before restarting. If the anomaly occurs again after restarting, further analysis can be performed using the debug logs.

If the issue persists, please feel free to contact us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
I don't think this is the reason. During first load (v 783) I rejected system proposal to create a new Pool. Then I opened settings to ensure that disks were properly recognised - no issues there. Then I opened system observer and found that I have /home folder full of data. Can you believe in it? According to control panel I didn't have a pool, didn't have volumes, but had a "/home" folder with data on it! Then I opened File Manager - there was no data there. Only after this I closed control panel and rebooted the system. It looked and smelled like a some glitch or something like this. I'm pretty sure that experienced user will handle this well, but I decided to let you know about this situation.
P.S. I didn't see any issues later.

model: F4-424
all disks has "system" marker
hdd 4TBx2: WD Red Plus 4TB WD40EFPX
ssd 1TBx1: SSD Samsung 980 1TB MZ-V8V1T0BW
setup: 2 Pools, first one for SSD (Single Disk), second one for HDDs (JBOD)

summary: System works for a couple of months on 694 (from its release date), yesterday I run two updates in a sequence via Control Panel: 770, then 783. At first boot on v783 system didn't recognise pools/volumes and proposed me to create a new pool. I rejected this proposal. Then I checked Control Panel -> Hard Disk: disks were visible there as usual, I just lost anything in Pools and Volumes sections. Then I rebooted system via web interface (Choose Launch, then choose Reboot icon). After rebooting pools/volumes were successfully recognised, I do not have any issues for now.

T12-423 also updated successfully from -770 to -783.
The T12-423 has 12 Disks ( 6 x 20Tb and 6 x 4TB Seagate) and 5 Disks (16TB) in the D6-320. In version 770 I had 4 system disks (2 of the 20 TB and 2 of the 4 TB). After Deleting one 4 TB System Disk - with the new Tool (since 770) - the System synchronized. Now i have 11 System Disks, all Disks except the one deleted.
How do I get rid of the other 5 (4TB) system disks
Greetings
