Just installed version is 4.6.5.0 on TOS5, but the trackers are not connecting for any of the downloads.

How do I get them to connect etc.

I highly recommend you use a docker instead of an app as this ensure you will always have the latest version (especially with Watchtower installed).

Try to open on NAS under admin account.
Application get this type of arror: no access, please login on TOS with admin account
