Please help me! Idon't know what to do anymore. I tried to reinstall a tvheadend in the live tv section and then I disabled emby and enabled it again. But enabling took some minutes. Since that point emby doesn't work anymore. the site cannot be loaded - only bad gateway. Same when I try to do from ssh: systemctl says running but i can't find the process.
Please help me. I don't want to lose all my data. Please. You are my last rescue. Of course I would pay you if emby works again.

I understand your question and suggest uninstalling the EMBY software and deleting the EMBY shared folder. If there is data inside, remember to transfer it first, then reinstall the software, clear the cache, reconfigure it, and take a look.

First of all, thanks for yor answer.
But isn't there another way? I mean reinstalling is the last I want to do if possible. Then everything is gone. It took me weeks to configure emby. Not sure if I will ever get the status quo again.
Besides, I bought the software and don't want to spend 100 bucks again. And I'm afraid that all my media will be lost too.
And sorry for the stupid question: But where and what's the emby shared folder?

You can find the emby folder in the shared folder in the control panel, which is automatically created by the system when emby is installed.

Emby shared folders support access through standard file transfer protocols such as SMB and FTP.
What's your NAS model and TOS version?

I have a terramaster f4-424 and the tos Version is 6.
I found a folder called emby when I opened the Lifting of shared forders in the Lifting of the shares in the System control of TOS like I said above.
I think you are talking about this Felder. But still would be happy to have another solution than reinstalling emby completely
