Hi,
I have a D2-320 with Hc550 16tb x2
I am unable to get the SMART data for these drives via my D2-320.
Is there a way to get this?
Thanks

Re: [Help] SMART Data for D2-320
D2-320 supports the transmission of S.M.A.R.T information. Could you please describe your usage environment?

Re: [Help] SMART Data for D2-320
I'm using it on Proxmox VE and whenever I connect it to my system it shows that smart data is unavailable.
Re: [Help] SMART Data for D2-320
It might be that the account you're using doesn't support viewing that information. You can try using sudo or switch to the root account with higher privileges.

1. Download CrystalDiskInfo
Visit the official link to download the software installer.
2. Install the Software
Double-click the installer and follow the setup wizard (default settings recommended).
3. View S.M.A.R.T Data
Launch CrystalDiskInfo. It will auto-detect the TDAS-connected drive and display real-time metrics like health status, temperature, and detailed S.M.A.R.T values.
