While setting up a new f6 424 max I transferred my data from a PC to a new pool and volume.
Then I formatted and transfered the old hdd from the windows pc and added it to the nas pool. After synchronisation the whole pool and volume disappeared. All data gone. The 6 drive still register as healthy but the is no pool or data.

Did you create the RAID on the F6-424 Max and then add the HDD from the PC to the RAID?
Guessing there was probably an HDD failure that triggered the problem, but not ruling out other possibilities.
If you are still able to access the TOS web pages normally, please generate and download the log report package in TOS > Technical Support > Report Issues, and then send it to our support mailbox (support(at)terra-master.com) for inspection.
If you can't send the zip package because it's too big, you can use the netdisk share link. This may allows us to better and faster judge the problem and come up with a solution.
