Roll back to TOS5 from TOS6 beta

So, it seems the boot loader is updated after installing TOS6 which will not allow you to load TOS5. Is there a process to roll back the boot loader image, like re-writing the USB, in order to get back to TOS5? I tried a couple articles and found a file or two but they don't seem to work.
