How to update bios/bootini?

Post by epsilonion »

Bios/bootini version 5.19
In the download section for my nas it says.
Bootloader 5.1.42

Is this an update or a rescue thingy?

If its an update how do you apply it. There no comments on what it is..

The bios does not need to be updated. The version of the bios is not directly related to the version of the Bootloader , which is used for system initialization.

Set the file system of a USB flash device to FAT32. Because the formatting process will destroy all data on the drive, make sure it is empty or does not contain any vital files.
