Fault phenomenon:
When using TNAS's Duple Backup application to create a backup task, when trying to back up to another TNAS, I found that I could not successfully connect to the target TNAS.
Solution:
1. First, please check whether the two TNAS are in the same LAN. If they are in different networks, please refer to : viewtopic.php?t=6091
2. Confirm whether the target TNAS has been installed and successfully enabled the server program (DupleBackupVault).
3. Check whether the IP address, port number (default is 7921), user name and password of the target TNAS are entered correctly to ensure they are correct.
