Network LAN @ 100Mbps and not 1Gbps

Post by rigveda »

I was wondering why my file transfers were so slow and realised that my interface on my TNAS is reporting only 100Mbps and not 1Gbps. I am running a 1Gbps/ switch connecting to my PC which is also 1 Gbps Ethernet card.

I am running TOS 5.1.123

How do I configure it for a 1Gbps interface?

Check your cables as that is most likely where the problem is.
F5-221 5.1.145, 8GB System Partition on 3 x 4TB Traid; 3TB EXT4
F2-221 RIP 13/07/24 :?:
F2-424 TOS6.0.531 or later - depending on disk set selected - (Still a work in progress :( )
