Added 14 TB to 3x 4 TB, I turned if off and on to realize it is in JBOD.
Now I've set it up again and its split the new drive into a new volume.
How can I merge to only have 1 volume and back into RAID?

Hello, have you found a solution yet? I just accidentally separated 2 drives and don't know how to merge them. Hope someone will help!
