Please say it ain't so! I upgraded and now my Terramaster TD2 isn't being seen by my iMac with Sonoma 14.3. Is there a known fix?

Hello, upgrading Apple iMac to Sonoma 14.3 will not affect Terradata TD2 devices.
This may be due to the possibility that constantly restarting MacOS while updating the OS may cause damage to the partition files on the disk.
Please go to the disk tool to check if there is a device's disk. If the partition is displayed but cannot be mounted, please use a third-party repair tool to repair the partition.
If the partition format is damaged, we are unable to assist you. In this case, you can find a third-party repair platform or data recovery company to help you recover.
