f2-220: no LAN lights. It is broken?

Hi.
I have fully the same problem as here
"There are no LAN lights and both HDD lights are red whether the disks are in or not. "
Also - no "beep" on turning on.
Inserted USB-flash lights about 1 second after turning on

That is the end of the device?

P.S. Cmos cleared (by battery and by jumper), U disk recreated and tried (on my USB-flash).
