Upgrade F2-221 to F2-423

Hi all
I’m just about to upgrade to a F2-423 from my trusty old 221. I’m going to but an extra 16mb ram in the 423 and 2 1TB SSDs.
I have a couple of questions.
Firstly, can I use the SSDs for both TOS AND caching? If so, how do I set that up.
Secondly, do I have to wipe my hard drives and reload all the data or can I just slot them in although old TOS will be on them and new TOS on the SSDs?

So this covered the RAM issue well and I’ve just got the free 4gb module from TerraMaster so that should be sorted.
The difficult bit is the configuration of the SSDs and the HDDs.
I’m going to go into setup with just the 2 SSDs installed. Can I install TOS on one and use the other for hypercaching? If so, how do I do that? I’ll then add the 2 HDDs after setup and configure as RAID 1 for my data etc
