Migrating from Asustor

I had an Asustor AS304-T and bought the new Terra-Master as I wanted something a bit more future proofed. I hadn't quite anticipated some of the issues. I'm trying to transfer over some of the drives which are in a RAID array, but there doesn't appear to be any GUI. Stepping through this in SSH is getting a bit complex. Are there any third-party utilities or other sorts of solutions that could help?
