.deCompressDir_... and .update_... shared folders

Post by Overlawd »

Hello,

Why are there suddenly these 2 new shared folders? They appear again if deleted.

These folders appear after rebooting the NAS. What's the reason they are visible as shared folders?

May I ask what is your system version and machine model?
Do you mean that after operating through this link, restarting the machine will still display these two folders?

Yes, I have followed the instructions from the link above and the folders were gone. Recently I had to restart my NAS and I noticed the folders were back on being shared and visible. I have a T6-423 running 5.1.67-00214. I can't guarantee that restarting was what caused them to reappear but that was the only thing that I did differently recently.
