Can't start Transmission after updating TOS?

Sorry, gues but only now I understood the logic of the folder management. It is easy but don't a clear for me in first steps. You must use "Shared folder" tool.
But there are still questions about file management and access. How do I insert screenshots (picture) here?

Sorry, I don't use Transmission app, nor do I use TOS 4. Explanantions will be down to someone who knows those, or @TMsupport

Gremlin, thank you for your support. I don't use Transmission either but I had to make up my mind about this app. It is important to understand the general logic, Transmission was just the reason of the problem.
To insert an image, you first need to upload it somewhere because the button at the top just adds an image tag

That looks like a board "fail" The facility must be turned off on some sections of the forum. I used it only last night to insert an image on another thread. {It's same as some posts you can edit, others you cannot}. WHEN it works, a subsection appears below the main text block which allows you to upload and then either insert in-line or leave as attachment. I am afraid the TM forum represents the same inconsistencies as their software

My Bad! The icon above and attachment sections do appear to be separated. BUT, on this board there is no attachment section {below, next to Options tab}. AND the 'edit' ability only lasted for a short time, hence an unnecessary extra post to clarify! Oh well ....
