Docker 'wonky' on F4-210

Hi All,

I'm trying to install Tailscale on a F4-210 running 4.2.41-220301 1629
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Docker (version 17.05 6).

I've downloaded a number of tailscale images from various registries. They'll show in Images for a minute then vanish.The log just shows "Download".

Any suggestions on what else to try?
