Nerw problem qbittorrent

Hi everyone, I'm rewriting the post because even after changing the NAS and switching to an f4-423 I still had the usual problems + a new one.
The program doesn't always start when the NAS starts. Over a week, about half the time it doesn't start.
Sending emails for the completed torrent does not start even if the user and password information are correct.
Another problem but the most important one is when I use RSS on the various sites and one of them doesn't work and gives me this error:
Unable to parse RSS source "site link" Reason: Encoding windows-1251 is unsupported (line: 1, column: 46, offset: 46).

Can this be resolved somehow???

Hi Olaz, the installation of search plugin in Qbitotrrent for you worked fine?
I0'm not be able to install any of them , I press ok after I copied a url of the plugin (i tested several) but nothig happen
I opened a post but nobody answer me yet

Hi everyone. To try to bypass the problem I have, which is that half the time qbittorrnet doesn't start. I thought about using docker.
But I quickly ran into a problem.
I need to modify a parameter in the qBittorrent.conf file.

I just can't find it.
does anyone know where docker saves files.
or is there a way to edit the file via Portainer.

May I ask whether your system is TOS 4 or TOS 5?

The Dockerdata directory cannot be seen in TOS file management
You can log in through SSH/Telnet connection and go to /volume1/\@DockerData/
