Wordpress in a virtual host not working.

I've installed configured and activated php7.4, MariaDB, phpmyadmin and web server.... BUT ..... I'm getting this when trying to install Wordpress using a virtual host: I have regular HTML sites working just fine in other virtual host locations.

This is on an F4-210 running 4.2.43

I reinstalled TOS thinking this might be an issue, but the results are the same.
