Symptoms:
When the device is powered on, the login page displays abnormalities, such as a continuous blank page, unresponsiveness, and installation process pages showing blank boxes without text. Even after clearing browser cache or changing browsers, the issue persists.

Cause of Issue:
Abnormal or corrupted page files in the boot system.

Solution:
1. Power on TNAS without hard drives, and Log in to your TNAS via SSH. Link to instructions: viewtopic.php?f=78&t=2350
(Default username : root, default password: Admin123)

2. Execute the following commands:
Navigate to the directory where the "php7-all.tar" file is located:

cd /mnt/bootdev/ 

Delete the problematic "php7-all.tar" file:

rm php7-all.tar 

Download the "php7-all.tar" file:

wget http://download2.terra-master.com/php7-all.tar 

Reboot your NAS:
