Phenomenon Analysis:
We have noticed that the FW233 version of the WD HC550 series hard drives tends to cause installation failures when used with TNAS. To avoid this issue, we recommend choosing other compatible models or opting for the FW680 version of the WD HC550 series, which has proven to be problem-free for TOS installations on TNAS.
