i have a nas f4-223. with raid 10. TOS 5.1.37,
a month ago some of the folders became read-only.
the administrator has read-only access to folders in permissions and cannot be changed.
when i create a new administrator, he also has read-only access to folders and i cannot change this setting.
It is impossible to update to 5.1.41 in the standard way, because the system does not respond when I click the apply button.
I updated the system to version 5.1.41 by reinstalling TOS using method 1. but the problem with accessing files remained.
