Plex HW Transcoding in TOS 5.1

TOS: 5.1.40-00005
Plex: 1.32.4.7195 (PlexPass subscription)

I'm having the same problem as the others in this thread with HW transcoding which just doesn't seem to work. I've logged in using SSH and the plex user is part of the correct groups, what else can I try?

Apologies as I can't figure out how to edit my original post. Does any of this info from the log file help to see what the problem is?

Manually installing the version 1.32.5.7210-77f7f99fa1.32.5.7210-77f7f99fa from the Plex website has fixed it.

It has not fixed it for me. I've followed all the steps in the thread. Permissions are right, Plex is in the video group, etc. Even installed the beta version referenced above. Still no hardware transcoding. Any other suggestions?

I should have added I'm on an F5-221, TOS 5.1.40, Plex (Plex Pass) 1.32.5.7318.

Plex Version: 1.32.5.7318 from Plex Site
TOS: 5.1.4


Now it is working I am not touching it!
