Sorry, I maybe misunderstood. I thought the 2nd disk had been added as Pool2. (I have 3 disks in a single Pool, but 2 Volumes) I could not see any way to create a second Pool with a single TRaid setup.

It seems that for some reason you cannot add the same 10TB disk to the existing 1*10TB TRAID.
We can only guess that the most likely situation is that your new 10TB disk has a slightly smaller capacity than your old 10TB disk, making it impossible to add.
In order to verify this possibility and observe other possible reasons, it is recommended that you collect a system report in TOS-Technical Support-Issues Report, decompress and extract the disks.txt in it, and send the disks.txt through the network disk sharing link Give us an analysis.
Or send the entire system report to the technical support mailbox, and we will check it in detail.
By the way, what is your current TOS version?

Hi TMZethar, thanks for the reply.

They are identical disks down to the model, so I would hope one isn't smaller than the other!
Disks.txt shows them at exactly the same User Capacity.

********************[/dev/sdb]****************
Device Model: TOSHIBA HDWG11A
Firmware Version: 0603
User Capacity: 10,000,831,348,736 bytes [10.0 TB]
Sector Sizes: 512 bytes logical, 4096 bytes physical

********************[/dev/sdc]****************
Device Model: TOSHIBA HDWG11A
Firmware Version: 0603
User Capacity: 10,000,831,348,736 bytes [10.0 TB]
Sector Sizes: 512 bytes logical, 4096 bytes physical

These were both blanks disks with no partitions when I put them in so I would expect them to be that same capacity,
By the way, what is your current TOS version?
I'm on TOS 5.1.24-00324

I guess I'll send the logs to the Tech Support email - thanks for your help.

Support were unable to determine the issue, but didn't say I was trying to do anything wrong.
They suggested I upgrade to 5.1.37 via 5.1.33, which I was a little dubious of, but to their credit it resolved the issue and the greyed out options became available!
It's happily rebuilding the Storage Pool at the moment with the additional HDD.

Thanks for your help @Gremlin and @TMZethar it's much appreciated.
